You may know that Amazon has provided its customers the possibility to opt out from receiving seller messages. You can read more about this in our article.
Today we’ll tell you how to deal with this the best way and get rid of annoying notifications. You’ll need to set up forwarding of undelivered emails, in this case, they won’t be counted in your SageMailer email limit.
Don’t worry, the process will take just a couple of minutes and I’ll take you through step by step.
Forwarding in Amazon Seller Central
- Open your Seller Central account and go to Settings -> Notification Preferences (US).
- Scroll down to the Messaging section and click the Edit button.
- Add this email address – [email protected] to the Buyer Opt-Out field.
- Click Save.
That’s all folks! Starting from this moment, the notifications about undelivered emails will be forwarded to our mail server and won’t be counted in your monthly email limit.
