Authorize SageMailer through Amazon's official OAuth flow for Selling Partner API. No Seller Central password is ever shared or stored. Once connected, SageMailer retrieves order and shipping information directly from Amazon in real time, so your workflow stays in sync with every new order.
For each new order, SageMailer automatically pulls the recipient name, shipping address, and order identifier via the Orders API, applies your selected shipping template, and produces a shipping label through our Shipito integration. The label is delivered to your warehouse operator's email or made available for download in your SageMailer dashboard — ready to print and ship.

Buyer PII is retrieved exclusively through Amazon's official Selling Partner API (Orders API endpoint). Data is never scraped from Seller Central, never collected from third-party sources, and never shared with parties outside of the shipping workflow. PII is used strictly for the purpose of generating the corresponding shipping label and passing tracking information back to Amazon.
All data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 and transmitted over TLS 1.2 or higher. Buyer PII is automatically purged from our active systems within 30 days after order delivery, in accordance with Amazon's Data Protection Policy. Generated PDF shipping labels are held only in memory during label creation and are never persisted to long-term disk storage. Access to buyer data is restricted to the minimum personnel required for support and incident response, under the principle of least privilege.
